SHE RAW Exhibition & Aurora Fashion

I love attending photography exhibitions. Looking at an artists' work of art is just incredible. It's so inspiring how they can tell a story with one photograph/artwork.

SHE RAW is an exhibition that supports preventing violence against women.
Photography for a cause? I am sold! :)

"SHE RAW is photographic artist, Lilli Waters’ first solo exhibition, SHE RAW – 41 hauntingly beautiful portraits of women from all walks of life.

The two-year project aims to document everyday women within a state of fantasy whilst drawing directly from their real-life experience and context.

The result is a series of captivating photographic portraits that uncovers the many engaging mysteries and hidden truths which lie, often undiscovered, beneath a woman’s skin. (

Early prints from this project won the People’s Choice Award for The Focus Project 2011 and we are pleased to invite you to join us on the opening night/ book launch (3rd May 2012) to celebrate Lillie’s debut exhibition."

Good news for those of you who like UK brands like Warehouse (my personal favourite) and Oasis.
They will be available online, exclusively for their Australian customers via

"Aurora Fashions, the UK group behind internationally respected women’s fashion brands – Oasis and
Warehouse London – is thrilled to announce the launch of the first e-commerce site in Australia this Autumn.

The new transactional site,, which is due to launch 15th May 2012, will have
a shared basket, allowing convenient navigation from one brand to another. One combined checkout
will maximize cross-selling opportunities and the brands will benefit from shared traffic whilst the customer receives a stronger, more aggregated product offering to choose from.

These dynamic fashion destinations will be available on one e-commerce platform and will cater
specifically to Australian consumers by providing excellent customer service through local shipping rates
and a consistent and authentic customer experience.

The Australian website is one of five international launches the brands have planned for 2012, also including
launches in Europe and the United States, giving local consumers around the world greater access to the
trend-setting, high street fashions of London."

Stay tuned on 15th May 2012 and shop away lovelies!!! :)
