At Home - Corner Wardrobe

I've decided to make myself a 'Corner Wardrobe' just outside my bedroom. I'm so excited about this 'new' space of mine! The reason why I did this is because my actual closet is so packed and unorganized at the moment. Being able to organize and curate the key pieces that I want to wear by the week/season feels amazing. (am slightly OCD) I love it when things are organized, clean and looking pretty.

I recently purchased the Scandi Rack from Kmart and thought that'd be a perfect fit for this space. I'm still in the process of building it up and making it look cosy and pretty. I might just end up reading a book there just cause it's such a nice space.

Big thank you to Flowers Across Aus for making my 'Corner Wardrobe' even prettier.

Another must have at home for me are CANDLES! Lots and lots of candles! My favourite are the ones from Glasshouse. My favourite is Saigon (Lemongrass), Marseille and Amalfi Coast. They make your house smells absolutely divine.

The bouquet I received from Flowers Across Australia was so beautiful! Love the colour palette as well. Not only that, they are probably the only florists I know that includes a 'Flower Food' sachet for their customers to put in the water with the vase. How thoughtful!

The flowers came with "Flower Food", how cute!

Wanderzoom Giveaway

It's giveaway time again! Thank you all for the support thus far! To give back, I've teamed up with Wanderzoom for this amazing giveaway!

I'm sure all of you know how much I LOVE travelling and the best part is being able to capture my travel moments on camera. Sadly, most of my pictures with my loved ones or with friends are always selfies! The only time I have amazing pictures with my loved ones and friends is during my wedding! I don't trust strangers enough to hand them my DSLR for a picture. I'm so glad there are companies like Wanderzoom to help solve this problem!

I will be giving away ONE FREE travel photo shoot to a lucky winner. Head on over to my instagram to join this giveaway by clicking here.

Anniversary Shoot in Tokyo with Travel Shoot

Today marks the 13th year I've been together with my best friend/soul mate/ the love of my life. YAY!! I can't believe we have come so far and we still haven't ran out to things to talk about. Hopefully there will be many more years to come!

Jason and I travel quite a bit and we always have our camera with us. But we hardly have nice pictures of us together, it's always just one of us (mostly me) or we are stuck really close up selfies. So when we were given an opportunity to work with Travelshoot, we thought why not? It would be great for our anniversary this year. Travelshoot is a photography service company that connects travellers with a local photographer in the city they are travelling to, to take some photos for them to take home with. I seriously love this idea and was so excited to work with them.

We were in Tokyo, Japan when we had our photoshoot. Our photographer, Electra, suggested that we should take some shots at Meiji Shrine and Yoyogi Park, both places we haven't been before. Electra was so helpful that the night before, she sent us a picture of the place that we were supposed to meet up at so that we don't get lost as we have no wi-fi nor a local number to be contacted at. We wanted some cherry blossoms in our pictures but unfortunately when we were there, the cherry blossom season was almost over. Lucky for us, we stumbled upon one when we were walking around Yoyogi Park.

Jason and I are both really awkward when we're in front of the camera. The only other time we had a shoot like this was during our wedding! Also because Jason doesn't like being in front of the camera, he really prefers to be behind the lens. Despite the awkwardness, I'm so happy we now have photos of us together at one of our many travel adventures, thanks to Travel Shoot!

Here are some pictures we took:

During your next travel, why not book a photography service through Travelshoot so you can have beautiful and professionally taken pictures to take home with you? For me, I think that's the best kind of souvenir to bring home.

Stripes & Twist

What I Wore : Leather Jacket - Zara, Top- Melbourne Apparel Co, Shorts - Zara, Shoes - Dotti, Bag - LV Twist

Two things that I'm currently loving in my wardrobe right now - anything stripes and this LV twist bag in red! I've been eyeing on this bag since FOREVER. So happy it's in my hands now. Yay! Apparently it was the last one in Japan and I just had to get it.

I also recently found this local Melbourne brand called M.A.C - Melbourne Apparel Co which sells the BEST basics at affordable prices. Best thing is, it's locally made! I was not sponsored by them, I just happened to stumbled upon them after lunch in Abbotsford. If you're in Melbourne, definitely check the shop out:

Marble Cover Giveaway

I've been looking for a Marble Case (those hard covered ones) for the longest time. Most of the ones in the market are the stick on ones and I don't think those can protect my laptop as much as the hard laptop covers.

The awesome peeps at Gmyle sent me one and I cannot be happier! I absolutely love their marble range.

Because I loved it so much, I've teamed up with Gmyle to giveaway these awesome marble goodies to TWO of you to share with your bestie. You can choose either a laptop or mobile cover for yourself and your bestie.

This is an instagram competition only. You can join the giveaway here.

Mount Wellington, Tasmania

Just wanted to share some pictures of our trip to Mount Wellington,Tasmania in October 2015. It was out first time in Tasmania and unfortunately, we arrived on a public holiday. So most of the shops were closed and we had nothing to do.  We actually went up the mountain 3 times (once during the day, sunrise and sunset!) and every time it was just so magical.  We also witnessed a beautiful proposal during sunrise. Lucky girl!

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
